Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects for client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Good judgement and appropriate follow-through with clients, colleagues, fund managers and other service providers to clients
  • Proactively contribute to, new initiatives and business development efforts
  • Initiative and ownership of all client-related work
  • Play active role in client meetings
  • Keep updated with new market developments and recognize these issues in client situation
  • Perform annual pension and long-term benefit actuarial valuations. This entails data collection, analyzing data, assumptions setting, valuation, reporting and communications with clients
  • Contribute to the strategy and development of thought leadership in retirement and benefit plans
  • Review junior team members’ analysis work and act as technical review for client deliverables
  • Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to junior team members
  • Maintain, improve, develop and share technical expertise in technical areas with team members
  • Perform multi-country projects which include knowledge of local market statutory and market practice conditions
  • Develop solutions and recommendations to address the issues of client specific employee benefit programs for special projects including mergers and acquisitions; benefit plan strategy, design and set-up
  • Work collaboratively with consultants from other lines of business
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve current business processes and services

Your Bring Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably, Actuarial, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field with a strong mathematical background)
  • Candidates with background experience in financial services space will be a plus
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in employee benefit / retirement analysis / consulting
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Thai and English in business context is essential
  • Excellent project management skills and proven experience in successfully managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables
  • Business-oriented with strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Execution focus, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and resolve issues
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure of fixed deadline
  • Ability to work effectively independently or in a team environment as work product demands
  • Basic knowledge in programming
