Responsible of the day-to-day maintenance of the Tommy Hilfiger Global Digital Asset Management system and internal ordering tool, The Marketing Webshop.
From end to end communication with End Users across the globe, creation of user guidelines/manuals, and management of permission settings to usability of the solution.
Ensure all existing assets (images, videos, artworks, etc.) are correctly indexed and tagged in the system by working hands in hands with the Upload team, acting as the Tommy Hilfiger Digital Asset Guardian.
Capture of the seasonal Downloads analytics which will then be presented to the different internal stakeholders.
Help identifying new developments opportunities and work as a team to collect the relevant required information. Based on your experience, you will also have the opportunity to own & drive small tech deployments.
The right candidate will have experience in working collaboratively in cross function-marketing teams, planning and coordinating projects within tight timelines, managing budgets, problem solving and focus on excellence in delivery.
Key responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Collaborate with various departments & stakeholders within the organization to collect requirements, including milestones and budgets.
Capture learnings and cascade back to internal stakeholders and teams.
Coordinate key meetings, capture results and report on progress.
Work closely with the Marketing Department to ensure adoption of new capabilities from a Content delivery and management perspective.
Help with surfacing and translating technology needs into actionable plans, which can be used to drive change in the digital marketing strategy and tactics across all channels.
Identify any potential technology blockers to marketing success
University or similar degree in marketing or communications
1-3 years of experience on cross functional projects at a Marketing Communications agency or client side (PR, Social Media, Advertising, Branding)
Previous experience working with MarTech platforms, such as Digital Asset Management systems.
You will have a good understanding of the delivery of integrated on- and offline marketing campaigns and therefore aware of graphic design and design studio workflow processes.
Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills and background
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mac programs (Keynote)
Languages: Fluent in English in speaking & writing
Detail oriented (and creative mind) with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Team Player
Able to perform routine work independently
