IPS is hiring! We are looking for a talented SeniorCorporate Recruiterto join our team. This position will reside in our Frankfurt, Germany office. The Recruiter will coordinate the recruitment and hiring of staff in all divisions.
KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates with Division Leaders and Hiring Managers to identify project needs and desired qualifications for staff and compile a hiring brief.
Plans and implements recruiting strategies based on qualifications and job descriptions for anticipated vacancies.
Drafts and publicizes recruitment efforts in appropriate and relevant places that may include online sources such as LinkedIn, and educational and professional journals and publications.
Manages correspondence and relationships with college placement officers, engineering professors, and professional employment services.
Attends Engineering job fairs.
Reviews resumes, verifies academic records and previous work experience, and conducts interviews or identify the appropriate staff or agency to conduct these tasks.
Schedules and arranges for promising candidates to visit the company and interview with department managers and supervisors.
Provides salary range guidance based on current, competitive compensation levels in the area.
Maintains contacts in the engineering community through active participation and membership in professional societies.
Other duties as assigned.
Support development of Freelancer database
Daily interaction with Germany and Switzerland management – that means hands-on and accountable
Degree or diploma in the relevant background, which may include engineering or human resources, business administration, or similar disciplines is desirable.
5+ years of recruiting experience in an Engineering/Technical recruiting environment required. (Life Sciences Industry advantageous)
At least three years of experience in recruiting for an Architecture, Engineering or Construction firm is preferred.
Experience with an Applicant tracking system (ATS) (iCIMS advantageous)
Proven record networking and building collaborative relationships.
Strong Computer and Typing skills and utilizing various tools such as LinkedIn Projects.
Established Network – brings a deep and abiding network within and across the EPCV community - both contractor and owner side – and a demonstrated (experienced) ability to work that network to produce candidates against a set of defined positions.
Full recruiting support from initial preparation of community, identification of candidates, management of networks, through organization of interviews and closing the deal
CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY
Travel will be required, up to 10% to attend networking or career events. Will work in office environments, may attend meetings on and off site and might tour project areas while escorted by the client or IPS Supervisors for observation purposes.

Experience/ability to bring insights in how we brand ourselves in the mission of recruitment
Relationship focused on Germany (Hessen, Baden Wuerttemberg, Bayern) and Switzerland (Basel area)
Native in German language, culture and protocols
Ability to research and leverage German and Swiss platforms, pools, networks, portals
Senior level gravitas to engage with senior level candidates
