Our software team is not only bringing our innovative laboratory instruments to live, but also focuses on improving the experience of our users in labs through a team effort. We mainly work with C#, WPF, .NET / .NET Core, and Python. In addition to our software for controlling our laboratory equipment, we are working on many exciting topics like image processing and AI/ML. At cytena, you will be the expert when it comes to developing software for embedded systems / single-board computers to control our innovative laboratory instruments. You choose the right technology stack to efficiently implement the required functionalities based on product specifications. You will also work closely with our Product Managers to develop interfaces for robotic arms and laboratory automation.
This position requires working in our offices & labs in Freiburg (remote work to some extend is possible). For this position we can offer fulltime or a part-time (60-80 %) contract.
