Job Responsibilities

Expected End Results

Major Activities

1. Enabling customer delight, by ensuring network delivery and performance

· Tracking regional performance parameters and ensuring continuous improvement in Regional Functional KPIs.

· Ensuring Regional project deliveries within committed timelines and approved budget.

· Ensuring vendor performance with respect to SLA compliance, through vendor governance meeting.

2. Ensuring Network Cost Optimization & Budgetary Control

· Monitoring monthly CAPEX & OPEX against the AOP for the region and raising flag on deviations.

· Ensuring authenticity of bills, cross function interactions to facilitate smooth and timely billing.

· Providing inputs for creating and improving processes and mechanisms to improve cost efficiency in procurement, logistics and project planning and execution.

3. Ensuring Network Quality & Process Compliances

· Identifying network SPOFs and preparing cost/benefit analysis towards eliminating these SPOFs.

· Facilitating teams to deliver NC free routes.

· Monitoring of compliance of process & audit compliance.

Purpose & Impact

Monitoring and review of key regional functional KPIs, Regional Opex and Capex cost controlling, Providing strategic support to Regional Head for continuous improvement of functional KPIs through MIS and ensuring timely deliveries through follow ups.
