We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate colleague join DKSH in Thailand Technology business. In this exciting and diverse position, you will be supporting our commercial team offer required technology solutions the cus mer in Thailand market. Because of the nature of the role you will work with many colleagues in other region, as well as have contact with colleagues in similar roles globally.

DKSH Business Unit Technology is the leading provider of Market Expansion Services covering a broad range of capital investment goods and analytical instruments. The Business Unit tal solutions in the areas of infrastructure, industrial materials and supplies, precision- and textile machinery, semiconduc r, pho voltaic and electronics, agriculture, hospitality as well as specialized industrial applications. The service portfolio includes product sourcing, market entry consultancy, marketing, sales, application engineering and after-sales services like installations, maintenance and repairs. With 75 business locations in 18 countries and around 1,370 specialized staff, including 500 service engineers, Business Unit Technology generated net sales of CHF 372.2 million in 2015.

Job responsibilities

  • Time Split: 25% Management, 75% Sales 
  • Lead Mining & Quarry Sales Team achieve full year target 
  • Make business plan, strategy and action plan achieve target for each brand 
  • Develop and implement short and long-term technical sales strategies and plans achieve sales target for assigned business/terri ry 
  • Supervise sales team achieve excellence and professionalism for best cus mer satisfaction 
  • Cascade and moni r the achievement of key performance indica rs and evaluate team performance gaps and requirements for improvement 
  • Analyze and make competi r benchmark analysis discuss with client for development and continuous improvement 
  • Utilize SFDC as an important sales ol communicate with sales team and report management regularly 
  • Coordinate with aftermarket team among service, part sales and supporting team for smooth business and cus mer satisfaction 
  • Develop and build relationships with cus mers achieve business objectives

Job requirements

  • Degree or professional qualification in Engineering-related discipline and MBA is a plus 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales role and 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role 
  • Strong knowledge of Mining & Quarry industry management or experience is a plus 
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of business development, project management, terri ries & products and strong selling skills 
  • Target-oriented with high passion for Sales Professional
  • Professional, proactive and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills 
  • Creative and initiative develop team, cus mer and business for long-term business Having personal car and driving license 
  • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills 
  • Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
