Job Description

What you’ll do?

  • Acquire or manage assigned accounts for long term relationship and yield optimization purpose. 
  • Plan, coordinate and execute account optimization plans includes campaign coordinations , partner on-site land promotions and other initiatives. 
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, partners’ stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to partner needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in activity listing maintenance and effort to provide most updated information reflected on the activity page. 
  • Perform analysis work for the accounts and managing area to identify key growth initiatives and participate in various marketing initiatives that fits partners’ requirement and business needs. 
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams, providing feedback and address issues to internal teams for optimization purposes. 
  • Be part of an exciting team defining and refining the brand’s positioning and tone in Thailand.

What you’ll need?

  • 3+ years of experience with proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Experience in delivering partner-focused solutions based on partner needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent time and project management skills. You're always looking to improve inefficient processes
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Possess strong “can-do” attitude
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing and internet technology is a plus 
  • Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Resilient, performance-driven individual, able to deal with pressure and change
  • Good command of English and Thai, both verbal and written communication.
  • A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
  • Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds and in different time zones
