The Job

The position will be responsible for planning and monitoring trainings, ensure the high standard and effective arrangement for our frontline staff under different treatment brands.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team to plan, develop and deliver training solutions to build the world class operation team for the company
  • Develop comprehensive soft skills training or coaching with the support of reports and analysis
  • Work closely with operations management and other stakeholders to assess, develop, and implement customized learning solutions
  • Conduct field coaching in order to evaluate the growth of frontline staff
  • Assess the effectiveness of the learning and development programs to continuously increase its value
  • Prepare training materials and relevant reports
Requirements:
  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Training, Organizational / Industrial Psychology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in retail or service industry
  • Attention to detail and proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Experience in training and/or coaching delivery is a must
  • Able to communicate with other people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Results oriented, good analytical and project management skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
