Our structure

The main divisions to the company are Strategic Services (comprising Business Planning, Strategy, Co- creation) Connections Planning (comprising Client Leadership and Connections Planning) and Investment (comprising The Exchange, FAST and ESP). Each is resourced with appropriate specialist skills and talent.

Strategic Services

Business Planning qualifies the clients’ business objectives and then links them to media

Strategy determines how media and communications can solve clients’ business problems

Co-creation ensures there is an injection of creativity and innovation in clients’ campaigns

Connections Planning

Client Leadership has ultimate responsibility for the agency relationship and performance

Connections Planning maximises the potency of a campaign’s channels across POE

Investment

The Exchange unlocks opportunities and trades the market to deliver objectives and make the most of clients’ money

ESP maximises client partnerships or sponsorships and manages logistics of delivery

FAST delivers outcome based real-time media solutions across programmatic, search, social and

affiliates

Key purpose of the Senior Executive role

To support the Manager in delivering gold standard implementation and trading practices. Starts to develop trusted and influential relationships with clients, media and agency partners.

Key responsibilities for the Investment Senior Executive

People:

Ensures they live and breathe the Mindshare values everyday

Helps Assistant with prioritisation of their daily workload

Delegates to Assistants in an effective and timely manner

Ensures Assistants deliver their work to a high standard and in a timely manner

Possesses strong negotiation, time management and presentation skills

Actively seeks and responds to feedback from line manager and other team members

Embodies the team vision as set by the GID

Conducts themselves in line with Mindshare Professional Etiquette Guidelines

Possesses a pro-active mentality/approach to their work

Contributes to a positive, motivating and inspiring team culture

Works collaboratively with client team across all disciplines throughout the campaign development process ensuring they deliver work in a timely manner

Product:

Has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the AMF and the roles and responsibilities at each stage

Applies the AMF according to the unique requirements of each brief

Is pro-active in increasing knowledge in all media channels

Ensures they deliver gold standard documents 100% of the time (including media schedules and PCA decks)

Attends and contributes in ideation sessions for their client

Assists with briefing of media partners with ideas as agreed with Connections Planner (using Mindshare templates)

Assists the Manager to build out the Optimised Channel approach (how we are going to use each channel)

Owns the buying process using GroupM Knowledge tools to deliver the best buying outcome for clients

Develops skill of interpreting relevant data sources to build insights that leads implementation thinking in orde
