We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, reporting to the Head of Finance, to become a key member of our accounting and finance team. This individual will be supporting core corporate finance functions and driving in-depth financial analysis of a multi-national Jasmin Group.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Key contributor of driving Jasmin Holdings long-term Financial Business Plan.
Develop fully integrated financial statement models to support sensitivity analysis, valuation, planning, and forecasting.
Drive due diligence and analysis efforts around M&A activity and run financial business plan creation for internal developed business ideas.
Drive any pre-acquisition financial due diligence, evaluation of business plans and post-acquisition integration as needed.
Lead the development and maintenance of financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
Key driver of financial modelling and valuations within the Jasmin Group.
Conduct comparable analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis.
Strong support in all FP&A topics, particularly in budget process, as this is the basis for long-term financial planning and modelling as well as valuations.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Analyse complex financial information and reports to support a world-class finance function in providing accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
Analyse current and past trends including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures.
Participate in other projects as required.
3 to 5 years of progressive experience and proven knowledge of financial analysis, financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
Advanced skills in financial modelling, valuation techniques and hands-on experience in creation of business plans and integrated financial models
Proven skills in project management (preferably in IT based environment)
Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Finance, Economics or related quantitative studies such as mathematics/statistics/econometrics or information technology related
MSc or MBA a plus
International experience a plus
Industry experience (Live-streaming, Telecom, Payment Service, SaaS) preferred
Excellent computer skills and solid understanding of accounting software principles
Self-starter and team player with a proactive attitude
Ability to prioritize and to work under pressure and time constraints
Fluent in English, any other languages are an asset
Management and project management skills
High quality written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to communicate results to both finance and business managers in an easy and digestible manner
Highly analytical, detail oriented and proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions
Persuasion and influencing skills
Professional and customer focused, solution oriented with strong professional skepticism – you like to challenge the existing
Passionate and curious person with drive, willingness to make things happen in a fast moving and multi-cultural environment
Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational and communication skills
Ability to perform a high degree of financial analysis to help interpret financial data
Experience working with Business Intelligence teams
