Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle projects independently from inception to final completion including project planning, negotiation with project design teams and relevant Government sectors. He/ she will also give advice on all contractual issues and M/E works, prepare budget for installations and monitoring work progress, check and assess variation and payment claims from sub-contractors, prepare the final account of sub-contractors and interact with project management and consultant teams.
 

Requirements

  • Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Corporate member of HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of solid experience in handling M/E work in residential and commercial developments
  • Must have uncompromising integrity, strong sense of responsibility and good supervisory skills

Responsibilities

The role involves all phases of design from conceptualisation to design development including material specification and management of fitting-out programs. The successful candidate will handle projects independently and coordinate project activities with internal departments, external consultants and contractors.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant studio and site experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to the Leasing Manager and handle all leasing activities including new lettings, renewals, direct marketing, market research, budget preparation and tenancy administration (for short-term serviced apartment & long-term residential leasing). Further duties include coordinating premises takeover and handover, fitting-out and renovation management and handling enquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager to plan the integrated marketing and communications strategy for leasing department of the group. He/ She will assist in developing and managing various social media platforms to drive brand awareness and enhance target audience engagement, including but not limited to content creation, execute social media advertising plan, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and creating performance reports for various campaigns.
