Job Summary

Through S&OP process to manage the inventory level of all products to meet corporate goal and support company growth with providing accurate and timely reporting of inventory statistics.

MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)

  • S&OP deployment. Host sub S&OP process upon category and consolidated execute month end summary, follow up the action plan, collecting demand & supply forecast from relevant team;
  • To manage inventory planner on daily operation, set KPI to monitor and help to improve the skills.
  • Define stocked items and setup ROP and EOQ for each line of products based on the analysis of historical sales, monthly review the inventory level of all products.
  • Contact with/assist Procurement team to track the status of replenishment order.
  • Control material inventory at a reasonable level based on the planning strategy in areas of safety stock, lead time etc.
  • To provide accurate and timely reporting of inventory statistics when required by the superior or internal customers and to review with internal customers on a regular basis.
  • To adjust inventory according to sales status to ensure cash flow turnover.
  • To adjust timely the safety, maximum, minimum inventory data to ensure the product inventory at target
  • To handle routine inquiry list, including platform inquiry list and temporary sales/CS e-mail inquiry.
  • To review the surging demand of selected SKU and remove the block after review.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Training, Experience and Certifications)

  • Minimum 5 years related work experience in Supply Chain field.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES (Those necessary to perform the job competently)

  • Familiar with office system and SAP system.
  • Well know the S&OP, demand & supply forecast module. CPIM is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills.
