Job Summary:
• Strong analytical ability and in-depth knowledge of the banking applications, propose multiple feasible solutions, evaluating the props and cons of each design.
• Analysis experience in banking domain is a plus.
• Technical background – JAVA/J2EE background, API designing & interpretation, understanding of enterprise data modelling, understand of technical and architecture design documentation
• Thorough with Data modeling and UML concepts.
• Knowledge of how to use various tools such as SoapUI, swagger editor during analysis.
• Capable to perform multiple responsibilities apart from requirement & impact analysis, such as supporting product owner in product backlog refinement, guiding development, and testing team, investigating complex PROD incidents etc.
• Capability to take the full ownership of the change and support end to end implementation.
• Capable to look beyond the provided requirement to have more wholistic view of the change.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Transparent and clear communication with the Customer.
• Be Motivated to work in agile environment taking constructive feedback and improvements
