Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide administrative and secretarial support to Head of Community Affairs Department.  Main duties include handling administrative items, daily business correspondences and arranging meetings.  The scope of duties also includes supporting the implementation of community engagement projects, conducting research and managing the database system of the Department.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in sizeable organizations
  • Organized, adaptable, detail-minded, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of English and Chinese

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager and support the day-to-day operations of the Corporate Communications Team.  In addition to administering sponsorships, the incumbent will contribute to communication and media projects at group and business line levels as assigned, including but not limited to compiling a regular electronic newsletter, developing messages and contents for collaterals and publicity programmes.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Manager to plan and implement digital marketing strategies for leasing department. He/ She will also assist in developing and managing various digital platforms to drive sales lead and enhance engagement, including but not limited to execute digital media plan through Display Ad, Search Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media and partnership.   • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English are essential

Responsibilities
