Job Role:

  • Corporate Communications and thought leadership – take a leading and proactive role in developing and implementing corporate communications strategy to build thought leadership, brand awareness and preference for the company via external, digital communications and other creative means as appropriate
  • Reputation risk management and crisis management – work with relevant teams in minimising, mitigating, monitoring and reporting reputation risk issues to protect the brand
  • Team and agency management - manage the corporate communications team, agency and the relevant budget for effective delivery and measurable results



    Job Requirement:

    • Degree holder with track record in corporate communications and reputation management
    • A great storyteller with excellent communication and language skills, both English and Chinese
    • Good judgement, sensitive to public sentiment/ reputation risks
    • Good understanding of latest trends, marketing mix and business requirements
    • Excellent stakeholder management
    • Proactive, independent, accountable and results-oriented
    • Good at managing team/ agency
    • Good understanding of insurance and financial industry will be an advantage
