The EU Brand Messaging team designs and executes site messaging to drive traffic, engagement, GRS, and category awareness. This includes owning large scale promotions such as Black Friday, and also building a repository of site messages and promotional best practices that can be reused and repurposed in the future. We are setting the strategy and vision for site messaging and promotions, laddering back to brand priorities and strategy.
Our team is in charge of creating complex, cross-channel campaigns and manages them end to end – from the initial strategic briefing, to campaign execution and roll-out across Marketing channels, up to campaign reporting and in-depth evaluation. We want to continuously improve our approach to meet revenue and engagement targets, leveraging in-campaign tests, data analytics and competitor monitoring, exchanging with the rest of the team to ensure broad implementation of our actionable insights.
