Manage global costing projects and seasonal. costing process to achieve sustainable and competitive cost for adidas' apparel business.
Manage seasonal routine of a systematic garment costing regime and be the key interface during the seasonal costing process between Creation Centers and Sourcing Costing LO teams.
Ensure LOs take a consistent approach to costing, through the implementation and maintenance of SOPs and processes.
Manage all cross quote activities, prepare and present the data for allocation decision making considerations.
Provide costing leadership with insights on cost driver developments and supplier competitiveness using systematic costing and benchmarking methods
Manage the seasonal cost audit processes through the facilitations of the yield validation and clean cost sheet activities. Prepare and present findings with recommendation for interventions to continuously improve.
Manage SMV audit processes via PCE and costing manager teams for SMV suppliers to ensure fair and consistent application thereof.
Lead the modular costing activities for sourcing costing and be the key interface between Creation Centers and Sourcing Costing team
Work closely together with Manufacturing Excellence team, LO Costing and PCE to ensure the implementation of method standardization which includes method engineering and automation.
Represent Sourcing Costing on related projects and co-ordinate all Sourcing Costing projects to ensure consistency and set project deliverables are met.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of apparel manufacturing industry, specializing in product costing, product development, or production.
Understanding of both domestic and international apparel operations and textile engineering advantageous
Strong ability to drive initiatives and work independently
Ability to influence others and drive change
Strong presentation, communication, MS Excel and Power Point skills
Fluency in English
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or technical degree with major focus in apparel textile or manufacturing
At least 6 years of progressive work experience in an analytical position, preferably in the textile industry
