What are we looking for?

In today’s data-driven world, the way in which brands optimize the use of data and drive digital innovation is key to maximizing the customer experience. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Manager (CRM) who has a strong grasp in data analytics, data-driven strategy, and CRM executional excellence. The candidate will also demonstrate initiative and agility in managing and supporting clients and stakeholders.

The Senior Manager (CRM) will be working as part of a wider cross-agency team (data, strategy, creative, production and operations) focusing on the end-to-end delivery of customer-centric marketing campaigns for one of the biggest consumer electronics brands in the world.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Manager (CRM) will be to:

  • Work as part of a large core team operating our client’s regional data-driven marketing program
  • Harness the power of data to help client’s business maximise value from customer interactions
  • Develop data-driven strategies that leverage customer insight and industry best practices
  • Lead the development and execution of omni-channel campaigns to meet specific objectives including sales conversion, customer retention and loyalty
  • Develop frequent campaign reports and advise clients on marketing effectiveness and future optimisation
  • Ensure quality of campaign execution and measurement reports
  • Manage clients’ requests and ensure timely delivery
  • Manage team resources across smaller projects to drive efficiency

Who are you?

  • 6+ years of working experience with designing, developing, and executing CRM, Loyalty, Customer Lifecycle programs
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or Technology)
  • Extensive understanding of data-driven marketing (omni-channel execution)
  • Deep analytical acumen and understanding of data-driven marketing principles that drive ROI
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to translate data to actionable insights
  • Demonstrate substantial knowledge and hands-on capability in customer segmentation, campaign management and measurement reporting
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including deck development
  • Attention to detail and is a highly organized, structured thinker
  • High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, and self-confidence
  • Strong knowledge of latest marketing and technology trends
  • Technical knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation solutions – e.g. SAP Hybris (desired), Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics, Eloqua
  • Familiar with concepts like SQL and HTML
