The Senior Manager, Sales Ops Automation is a key role in our Sales Ops Automation Team supporting Global Sales and Operations. The role supports the automation, management, and reporting of Tableau dashboards and metrics, as well as automated Alteryx workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the local manager and team leader for the Manila Sales Ops Automation Team. Ensure team is properly trained and focused on priority projects
  • Coach team members on skills and career growth
  • Build and manage Alteryx workflows and data flows
  • Design Tableau dashboards to tell the story to executives
  • Lead automation initiatives to improve existing processes within the Sales Operations organization
  • Pioneer automation initiatives on how Sales Ops can utilize advanced techniques on business insight generation (ie. data science)

Must-Have:

  • 7 or more years of professional experience
  • 5 or more years of experience with automation and visualization tools (preferably Alteryx and Tableau)
  • Engineering mindset; strong technical background
  • Related experience in sales, high-tech, or operations
  • Strong experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of database concepts
  • Excellent communication skills, strong time management and personal management skills
  • Strong user of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Learns quickly and asks questions
  • B.A. degree in business, marketing, finance, MIS, computer science, or related discipline
  • Ability to pass behavioral test.
  • Ability to pass technical assessment exam. (Test TBD).

Nice to have:

  • 5+ years of Alteryx experience
  • 5+ years of Tableau experience
  • 2+ years of Data science and machine learning experience
