The Red Hat Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) team is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our presales solutions architecture practice. In this role, you will guide, coach, and mentor the ANZ regional solutions architecture managers and teams to build new capabilities and achieve the regional goals and objectives. You will provide thought leadership to create new engagement strategies that match customer and partner requirements and expectations as customers transform their businesses and adopt cloud technologies and new application development and deployment models. As a senior member of the Red Hat technical sales management team, you will create a highly productive and consistent solutions architecture practice that lives and promotes Red Hat’s core values, delivers industry-leading solutions to its customers and partners, and integrates well with Red Hat’s sales management, marketing, consulting, engineering, and support teams. You’ll need to have excellent communication and people skills, as you will be a crucial part of the Red Hat sales team, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. You’ll also need to have a balance of technical expertise, passion for open source, and a thorough understanding of business processes and IT problems faced at the enterprise level by our customers. The position offers a competitive base salary plus commission.
