Your responsibilities at C&A

  • Establishes, develops and maintains data acquisition (web & mobile tracking, tag management, reporting). Developing standards for data acquisition, data processing, analysis and reporting
  • Conducts analyses to gain insights into various digital analytics topics such as marketing activities, audience behaviour and website optimisation based on branding and performance KPIs
  • Visualises data in reports and dashboards according to target groups and provides actionable recommendations
  • Closely collaborates with eCommerce and Marketing units to improve overall digital performance and campaign planning
  • Assists with building a data warehouse
  • Oversees the work of the Junior Manager Digital Analytics, trains technical knowledge and manages workflow

What we expect of you

  • 5+ years of experience in digital and web analytics, ideally in an eCommerce environment
  • Excellent knowledge of digital analytics such as Google Marketing Platform and BigQuery
  • Proficiency in data visualization applications such as Google Data Studio or similar
  • Ideally knowledge of SQL and experience in dealing with databases and data warehouses
  • Good understanding of marketing measures such as SEO/SEA, Display or Paid Social
  • Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus
