Job Description

What you will do:
+ The role is a mix of entrepreneurship, execution, strategic analysis and cross-functional with the goal to grow the largest product category of Klook into global leader
+ Lead a team to analyze and execute on opportunities of revenue boost, operation improvement and other key initiatives
+ Drive highly visibility projects with cross-functional taskforce to create competitive advantage for Klook
+ Identify pain points & opportunities in product features to work with product management team on relevant A/B testing and subsequent feature design & launches
+ Establish market intelligence & analytical framework to support regional business development teams on opportunity identification, acquisition prioritization and deal negotiation
+ Develop processes and metrics for accelerating revenue growth and track operating performance
What you will need:
+ Bachelor's Degree in quantitative analysis, statistics, business administration or related disciplines
+ Minimum 4 years of strategy consulting, business intelligence/analytics, category/brand management, product management, sales operations/operations, or market/user research. Work experience in startups, e-commerce, OTAs or tech companies is highly preferred.
+ Experience in programming or analytic tools such as SQL, Python, Access, VBA, Google Data Studio
+ Growth and entrepreneurial mindset. You seek out opportunities for yourself and the team
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks
+ Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects is preferred
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
+ Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin
+ Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones
