How will I help?
In this role you will be responsible for the leading a team to effectively implement specific marketing deliverables to support projects within the Consumer Experience & Product Development and Quality teams.

The Project Marketing team within Consumer Experience works closely with the Remediation and ACTV8 team and is responsible for the planning, execution & management of all marketing deliverables across the organisations portfolio of brands – Westpac, St.George, Bank of Melbourne & BankSA (both consumer & business segments).

The Senior Marketing Manager takes the lead role in managing the implementation of specific Marketing projects and works closely with peers & business partners in an agile environment to ensure the effective delivery and alignment with Group and brand strategies, as well as driving organisational change and ensuring delivery of key business objectives.

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Effective project management skills to implement agreed deliverables on time and within budget to achieve agreed project objectives
  • Accountability for all marketing initiatives associated with the specific project, including delivery of agreed sales outcomes/targets/financials
  • Effective utilisation of Westpac Group channels/assets to drive agreed project outcomes including Digital (Online, eDM, SMS, Social), Direct Mail, Branch, NBA and Customer Account Statements

What do I  need?
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing roles (preferably) or project management in a financial services environment
  • Qualifications in marketing or a related discipline
  • Strong Project and Campaign management skills to deliver BTL & TTL activities
  • Exposure to running complex & integrated BTL / TTL campaigns
