Great opportunity to utilise your experience in Financial Crime Compliance to support Macquarie’s Retail divisions across Australia and New Zealand.

The Financial Crime Compliance team (covering anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF), sanctions and anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) sits within the Compliance Division and supports day to day activities of the business, driving a high and consistent level of compliance and helping to advance Macquarie's broader financial crime compliance framework in the region.

As a Manager within the team, you will play a key role in interpreting and providing advice on AML, CTF, policy and regulations as well as assisting with drafting internal policies. You will also play a key role in managing investigations and customer due diligence queries relating to AML/CTF and sanctions, with a particular focus on higher risk customers.

To be set up for success, you will ideally have previous experience in anti-money laundering, fraud monitoring or investigations, or experience in a relevant banking compliance related role. We are looking for a team player with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes.
