You have the opportunity to
Drive the Domestic Appliance business in Hispanic Latam, focusing on preparing new launches portfolio in core and champions category, driving marketing communication and assuring Business performance with country ambition expectation.
You are responsible for
Define and implement the category marketing strategy and activity plans including strategic planning, P&Ls, NPIs and roadmaps;
Develop 360° activity plans in cooperation with Sales and Trade Marketing and Digital Marketing;
Team and executing campaigns that are relevant in terms of assets, media strategy, messaging and are pre-checked for go live;
Maintaining and developing fundamentals for all respective products and managing related portfolio from both strategic and operational point of view;
Analytical processes for performance tracking (sales, GfK market data), portfolio management (portfolio database, planning);
Handling & tracking budget;
Participating in Hispanic Latam meetings, reporting, supporting other functions within Philips Domestic Appliances;
Contribute to the definition of the strategy and goals of the commercial unit, so that all business processes can be optimized and aligned to maximize the performance.

Experience with Marketing/Product owner experience: portfolio and P&L management, brand communication focused in online).
Bachelor degree in Administration or Business related areas
Strong calibration and communication capability
Strong English capability
