We are currently on the hunt for a Senior Marketing Analyst (f/m/d) based in Berlin.
Your mission with us:
Optimize the performance of our marketing channels and build a long-term strategy for our marketing activities.
Your typical day in this position may include:
Using data analysis, logic, and statistics to drive the decision-making process on marketing topics.
Embedded in the Marketing Department, you will be working closely with the BI team to help solve problems and finding answers to hypotheses and questions around, marketing performance, budgeting, customer acquisition, and ROI measurement.
Interface with data scientists to gather insights and answer business questions pertaining to the customer journey and drive forward.
You will be a key driver in the capture of traffic, tracking infrastructure and other key marketing data. Moreover, you will interface with business intelligence regarding requirements for marketing data in the centralized analytics environment.
Running analysis and modeling projects (i.e. traffic growth modeling) to drive insights on how to optimize and evolve the use of marketing channels and the understanding of customers.
Managing our tagging infrastructure and ensuring the accurate attribution of our marketing efforts and defining and monitoring core KPIs for the marketing team.
Helping to lead the experimentation infrastructure and process for developing hypotheses and A/B tests that the team runs.
This job may be for you if you have the following:
5+ years of experience in a marketing/data analyst role
Expertise in processing and evaluating data, creating and visualizing KPIs to empower marketing, especially performance and CRM teams, to make informed business decisions (SQL, Tableau, etc.) You are happy to work with a Postgres Datawarehouse.
Extensive experience with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager.
Extensive experience conducting A/B tests and knowledge of best practices and relevant technologies. Experience with Google Optimize would be a plus.
Ability to present insights in a structured fashion when collaborating with stakeholders.
Ability to connect data analyses to the larger company, marketing strategy and marketing attribution.
