Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for assigned brands from online to offline to strengthen the brand positioning and enhance the brand awareness in the market;
  • Plan, organize and evaluate all online marketing tools, events, activities and campaigns (e.g. social media platform);
  • Plan and execute CRM program along with marketing strategies;
  • Responsible for in-store / retail operations, monitoring sales activities, stock & inventory management, staff management and training;
  • Prepare regular reports and ad-hoc data analysis as assigned;

  • Requirements
  • Degree holder in any discipline, Marketing/Operations Management is an advantage;
  • At least 3 years related experience in retail industry, preferably with health/ beauty or FMCG background;
  • Have proven experience in managing social digital content would be an advantage;
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented and accurate with strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Self-motivated, organized with “can-do” attitude;
  • Good command of English and Mandarin;

  • Develop specific furniture and POSM to complete the TR catalogue.
  • Provide design and technical drawings in 2D and 3D for review and submission.
  • Take part in logistic support on VM materials and POSM.
  • Monitor the project schedule and timeline.
  • Manage project budget.
  • Source competent contractors or train current contractors to support markets.
  • Carry out furniture production inspection and sign off project completion.
Requirements
  • Proficient to MS office software (Word, Powerpoint, Adobe, and Excel).
  • Proficient to Autocad, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 3D Max is a plus.

  • Generate product forecasts and supply management analysis for the whole region;

  • Excellent English is a must; Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline.
