A day on the job is summarised as:

• You will collaborate with clients, engineers and Minprovise key stakeholders to execute our client’s needs with innovation and customer satisfaction at the heart of what you do.
• You maintain razor sharp attention to detail to evaluate material handling processes, whilst considering modifications to deliver the scope of work to the client’s standards.
• You flex your expertise when implementing, reviewing and approving 3D models, drawings, plans, take-offs for material handling equipment such as bins, hoppers, chutes, conveyors for the mineral processing plants
• You provide professional and customised input to designs and scopes of work for bids and tenders.
• You work closely with the mechanical draftsperson to deliver professional documentation for bids and precise builds and fabrication.

The application that will stand out from the pack will demonstrate:

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Industry experience within an EPC, EPCM and Design and Construct environment.
• Mechanical engineering design experience in a Mining Environment (incl. fixed plant and non-process infrastructure)
• A creative and innovative thinker, who is not afraid to suggest outside of the square solutions
• That you have the interpersonal skills of James Bond – your reporting, influencing skills and presentation reflects the sophistication, flair and confidence of your personality.
• Proficiency with MicroStation, Solidworks, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

This is a permanent, full-time role, typically be working Monday to Friday. A normal week is 38 hours, but there will be travel to site as required.
