Job Description

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the Education Programme under Hong Kong Innovation Foundation. He/ She will liaise with community partners (NGOs, Primary and Secondary School) of the Hong Kong Innovation Foundation, assist in coordinating and executing outreach education programmes with community Partners and manage student database (including data checking, analysis and generating reports etc.). He/ She will also support the daily operation including enquiry & administrative tasks, prepare course materials, collect information for case reporting and programme development. Other duties include managing the inventory of equipment and materials as well as supporting the Hong Kong Innovation Foundation for ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder, major in Education preferred but not essential
  • At least 4 years’ relevant experience in sizeable organisations with proven track record in coordinating and executing large scale school activities / programmes
  • Able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and a good team player
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Willing to work out of office in different districts in Hong Kong
  • Passionate to social contribution and willing to work outside normal office hours occasionally
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will support the formulation and implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. He/She will assist in CSR programmes implementation and coordination, managing student management system (including data checking, analysis and generate reports etc.), and NGOs liaison. He/She will also support daily operation including enquiries and administrative tasks, prepare and collect materials and statistics for reports, story writing and programme development. Further duties include managing the inventory of equipment and materials needed for programmes, supervising the maintenance of programme equipment and updating Corporate website and Facebook page.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing CSR programmes and administration
  • Strong social media expertise and IT skills especially in Excel;
  • Good team player with excellent communication & organisational skills, initiative, flexibility, adaptability and patience
  • Good command of written English and Chinese
  • Able to work independently with strong interpersonal skills
  • Willing to travel to different districts in Hong Kong
  • Passionate to social contribution and willing to work outside normal office hours
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer
