About The Role

Exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Senior Operation Analyst to join our Service Delivery Platform team in Mascot /Melbourne/ Newcastle location. This role will require the person to proactively monitoring the Civica internal and customer infrastructure to ensure a highly available, stable and high performance platform. Providing L1 and 2 support and implement complex networks and servers within hosting environments. This role will see you providing technical leadership and governance oversight for delivering engineering excellence to Civica’s customers

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Operation Team Leader and supporting the broader programme team you will play a key role in driving productivity, compliance and operation excellence:

  • Working in to support Australian based customers to engage with customers by digital channels to address incidents and service requests
  • Adhere to current Service Centre Service Management policies, processes and procedures (e.g. ticket handling policy, incident management, request fulfilment and problem management).
  • Notify multiple resolver teams of service affecting incidents in a 24 x 7 environment
  • Monitor individual performance metrics and liaise with managers and customers to ensure SLAs are not breached

About You

We are looking for a highly capable and customer focused, with experience & commitment to work. You will also have:

  • Experience in Windows 2008/2012 R2 , Including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
  • Strong experience in Azure and AWS
  • Exchange 2010, 2013 support and administration
  • MS SQL 2005, 2008 implementation
  • Experience of Backup systems, MS DPM, and Backup Exec
  • Experience in PowerShell for Windows
