The position is with the Cybersecurity & Risk Services (CRS) Service Line and would be responsible for driving sales of our horizontal offerings in the non-BFSI vertical specially for Lifesciences, Consumer and Manufacturing strategic enterprise clients:
Responsibility for Overall Security Business for the allocated set of accounts including Sales, Pre-sales, Program and Delivery Management
Responsible for Order Booking and Revenue from the vertical / region / set of accounts including both individual targets as well as team target.
Manage complete end to end Bid Management process of Security Programs for the account including consultative business development and solution blueprint
Lead and mentor the Cybersecurity & Risk services European team ensuring that the team delivers their KPIs
Build and Nurture relationships within the account(s), Client Security organization including CISOs and Alliances
Ensure Customer satisfaction by achieving delivery/service quality norms
Strong Cybersecurity background with at least 15 years of experience in the domain of Cybersecurity including at least 10 years of experience in Cybersecurity Managed Services and at least 2 years in security product development (engineering).
Proven experience and ability of managing at least $35 Million annual cybersecurity services business and $55 Million contract value.
Experience of managing and leading Cybersecurity business development team across Europe
Strong Identity and Access Management skills with proven ability of bidding and winning large multi-year contracts.
Experience of winning security business in case of enterprise de-mergers.
Ability to Consult & Architect Security Solutions according to the customer requirements, knowledge of GxP.
Create Business Development Plans for allocated sector / accounts
Ownership for both Farming and Hunting accounts
Work in a Virtual team to create value propositions to customers
Own and Run Large bid processes with a virtual team
Experience of engaging with CXOs to build the Security Business
Represent the team in various steering committees, resolver groups and drive the entire engagement
Manage Customer expectations and be responsible for CSAT
Manage complete end to end Bid Management process of Security Programs for the region / accounts
Evangelize Security Solutions and convert them into opportunities
Masters diploma or equivalent related to business management and Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent.
Have effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong market knowledge of Enterprise Security industry and trends.
The successful candidate need to be self-starter and highly motivated in order to take up the challenging task of generating more business in the allocated account(s)
