Entegris is looking for a Senior Product Manager for our filtration franchise in the company’s Life Science Filtration business unit. We expect that you will embrace the role of business owner providing strategy, adding value and executing on growth to achieve success in the bioprocessing purification filter franchise. Our ideal candidate will be able to focus on strategic objectives including understanding market dynamics and customer needs. This role will add value through portfolio management, road mapping, business and market planning including aligning your business objectives to P&L. Your expertise in positioning, Go To Market activities and new product introduction including financial analysis will contribute to achieving the business growth targets. This role will be based in HanZhou China but could be home office based.
The primary responsibility of the Product Manager will be to lead and grow a successful Life Science business in aseptic filtration for the bioprocessing market and be recognized internally and externally as the business owner. We expect that you will develop Go To Market plans, road maps and be a strong contributor to strategic plans in the bioprocessing filtration market.
As an experienced product manager you will take charge of an active mix of R&D projects and launched products and be responsible for delivering a growing portfolio around a filtration. To achieve above market growth you will need to assess and prioritized new opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on the core business fundamentals such as profit and topline growth. You will promote an entrepreneurial culture that will be swift, agile and adventurous.
You will execute ENTEGRIS’s New Product Development and introduction using a stage gate process from idea through commercialization.
Your key accountabilities for this portion will include synthesizing customer needs into a product definition; applying segmentation to the market requirements and building robust business cases to support a new product entrant.
You will identify and size segments, analyze market trends and develop customer personas based on Voice of Customer feedback.
To be Successful in this role and at ENTEGRIS you will need:
Demonstrated success in product launches and end-to-end execution of marketing strategies;
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required; experience working in a matrix environment and managing multiple priorities and projects with dynamic timelines to execution.
Proficient in all aspects of product management and proven leadership and success managing a complex and evolving product line(s).
The successful candidate will typically have the following skill set:
BS degree with 8+ years expertise, MS degree with 3+ years’ experience, or PhD. In Life Sciences an MBA is a plus.
5+ years of combined experience in practical bioprocess applications, marketing or sales in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Knowledge and expertise in bioprocessing purification with a focus on aseptic filtration. Understanding Single Use manufacturing and unit operational templates for Vaccines, Mabs and rec proteins is a plus.
Entrepreneurial, self-starting, strategic thinker with demonstrated track record of success in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
Global business acumen including understanding and developing financial business cases.
