As Product Manager - Measurement & Attribution at Rokt, you will be responsible for working with the business to design, develop, implement and manage core components of the Rokt product and technology platform:

  • You will be at the forefront of driving Measurement and Attribution innovation, working closely with Rokt’s engineering and commercial teams to develop products and solutions that measure the impact of campaigns on the Rokt platform
  • You will lead the analysis of complex data, interpreting outcomes and for our clients to ensure that insights from campaign performance are clearly articulated and accurate
  • When needed, you will engage directly with clients to communicate the insights delivered from our measurement and attribution products
  • You will work with an elite team of engineers, UI/UX designers, data scientists and machine learning experts to create products that improve, personalise, match and measure the impact of marketing messages in one of the world's fastest growing digital marketplaces.
  • As part of developing the vision for Rokt’s products, you will work with other teams across the company to find opportunities for the business, synthesising the needs of internal and external stakeholders to resolve product priorities for your team.
  • You will be the internal champion for your product area and will articulate your vision to various partners, including stakeholders across the broader business.
  • Communicate product vision, maintain a product roadmap, features and priorities to internal and external stakeholders, as well as supporting Rokt’s commercial teams with the adoption and troubleshooting of our measurement and attribution products
  • Your success will be measured by your ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to deliver product initiatives to meet business outcomes on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • BS or MS degree in business, mathematics, marketing, or a related field required.
  • 5-8 years experience in a highly analytical role involving data and insights, or digital/ technology product management. Preferably with some experience in the marketing / online advertising industry.
  • Strong problem solver able to think conceptually as well as engage in the detail.
  • Prior experience with Tableau (or other advanced data visualisation tools) a plus
  • Innovative and resourceful when tackling complex challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work, collaborate and consult cross-functionally. Ability to set a goal and vision for a cross-functional team and translate this into tactical goals.
  • Common sense and pragmatic approach to delivering effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Customer focus with demonstrated commitment to the customer and product quality.
  • Demonstrated results-orientation -- holding oneself accountable for performance, taking absolute ownership, and championing all aspects of customer and product initiatives.
  • Sense of urgency and passion, with willingness to be assertive when taking a position or reacting to a situation.
  • Willingness to accept constructive feedback, deal with set backs and persist until ambitious goals are achieved.
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with customers (internal and external) and suppliers.
  • Project management skills including active management of project, communication of progress and delivery of outcomes on time, on budget at the required level of quality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills – need to be a great listener to understand the needs of the business and be able to convert them into clear and easily understood specifications for the technical team.
