As Senior Program Manager you will lead internal and external activities to help us deliver on our climate commitments. The goal of these projects is to address and balance the carbon footprint of our manufacturing facility, offices, leased datacentres, warehouses and transportation activities. You will be working to deliver carbon reductions, catalyse uptake of renewable electricity and enable carbon capture. In this role, you would be working with the cross-functional support of colleagues in our factory management team, workplace services and logistics team.
You will also contribute to the broader work of our Sustainability Data and Insights team, who lead our Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) practice and deliver key impact insights to target hotspots in the life-cycle of our product portfolio. In this role, you will help to translate insights from LCA Studies and portfolio impact investigations into actionable projects for Operations.

Execute a program of projects across all of our operations to help deliver our Reduce-Renew-Restore Climate Strategy and associated commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals.
Develop and drive science-based targets for all of our operations, delivering carbon reductions in line with our commitment to the Science-Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).
Manage and evolve our renewable electricity (RE) program to execute our RE100 and deliver 100% renewable electricity across all of our operations by 2025.
Develop our understanding of the carbon loading of datacentre leasing and strategies to establish industry gold standard energy management expectations at the contract stage and drive carbon reductions year-on-year for new and existing partners.
Oversee and administer our commitments to carbon neutrality including Carbon Neutral Gaming, Carbon Neutral Manufacturing, and associated offsetting programs.
Evolve and develop our forestry program to support our journey to net zero and nature-based carbon capture innovations, with associated goals and performance metrics enabling strategy development and reporting.
Develop our Logistics Decarbonization Program, including strategies and targets, to drive down the carbon footprint of scope 3 emissions from warehousing and transportation year-on-year.
Continue work with our Data Insights team to evolve and develop our third-party-certified Logistics Carbon Calculator (Logi-LOCC) for tracking and reporting carbon emissions from warehousing and distribution.
Manage external partnerships and relationships with specialist consultants, advisors and business initiatives for collaboration.
Manage and evaluate carbon data for internal and external reporting to develop new insights, inform decision-making. Ensure robust public reporting and deliver alignment with best-practice standards including the Greenhouse Gas Protocol, SBTi standards, GRI and CDP.
Contribute insights for public reporting of carbon management, including CDP reporting and annual Sustainability Reporting.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
A minimum of 10 years experience with best-practice standards for carbon management and reporting including CDP, Greenhouse Gas Protocol, SBTi and/or other;
Program management expertise and experience including scheduling, MS Project experience, delegation, collaboration and management of both data and data contributors;
Experience with cross-functional working groups, task forces and other mechanisms of inclusive collaboration. Ability to bring people together around a common goal and lead by influence;
Expert ability with excel and other data analysis tools and methodologies to manage and quality check data accuracy, complete statistical analysis, develop targets and oversee the development of new databases and visualization dashboards
Ability to think both strategically and tactically - collating and analyzing data from a wide variety of sources to develop strategy and inform decision-making;
Strong communication and influencing skills, including writing and presentation skills; and
Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy and carbon reduction.
The following additional skills and experience would also be advantageous.
Experience with Microsoft Access, Tableau or other advanced data and database processing techniques and tools.
Experience with QA/QC processes for data analysis methods and statistical and trend analysis.
Understanding and experience in the area of logistics or distribution chain aspects including warehousing and transportation.
Experience or a flare for data visualization and copy-writing, for public reporting and carbon visualizations.
Experience working at the corporate level in the fast-moving consumer products sector or supporting that sector in a consulting role.
Degree in Engineering, Science, or an equivalent or relevant qualification or experience.
