Senior Project Manager (Design Team Leader)

Access Talent Group are actively looking for a 10-15 year experienced Civil Engineer with strong experience in roads and highways, to join one of our top clients in Cork.

Our client are a leading international consultancy who have some fantastic project wins over the last few months and they very much need a candidate who's ready to establish themselves in the local market and really drive the team forward from a technical and business development point of view.

This position will include a 12 month review to move into an Associate Director title so the short term development is excellent for someone looking to make this step up, with a world leading consultancy.

Key Skills 

• 10 Years experience within the design and management of Roads/Highway projects in Ireland
• Must be Chartered with Engineers Ireland
• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong experience in a client facing role will be essential.
• The position will be managing a team of more junior engineers so experience developing and supervising a team would be an advantage
