Media.Monks is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will manage marketing engagement channel programs for one of Media.Monks’ top tier clients. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define our processes and work to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and content through well-managed, on time and on budget projects. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage campaigns end-to-end with cross functional internal and client teams.
  • Help define the scope for each project, ensuring creative mocks meet the client's brief and business objectives.
  • Coordinate translation/ localization for global campaigns
  • Track required delivery dates of campaign components (e.g., targeting definitions, creative elements, legal approvals)
  • Maintain constantly changing project priorities, timelines, feedback, and deliverables, with proactive communication across teams.
  • Flag any missing components that jeopardize launch dates, and work with the appropriate teams to make updates
  • Review campaigns for compatibility within the policy guidelines and concurrently running campaigns.
  • Support strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
  • Run reports to track learnings and strategize approach for future campaigns
  • Look beyond the day-to-day needs of a large account, ensuring the use of effective processes across the team
  • Lead quarterly campaign and operational planning with the client team
  • Serve as the main client point-of-contact on certain aspects of campaigns

Who we're looking for:

  • College degree and 4+ years of experience in a project management role, working closely with cross functional teams (i.e. account managers, art directors, developers) and clients
  • Experience working on either the client side or agency side (preferably both)
  • Experience in email & digital marketing campaign execution and understanding of performance metrics
  • Project timeline development and management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environment, navigating uncertainty and prioritizing when needed
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously and able to resolve or escalate issues appropriately
  • High energy and go-getter attitude; comfortable working autonomously
  • Proficient in Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Sense of humor and strong team orientation
  • Need someone with a high attention to detail and eager to learn
