The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust have initiated and implemented a number of projects to meet the challenges in Youth Development & Education, which include the " LevelMind@JC".
Project Team: LevelMind@JC – A Trust-Initiated Project which seeks to develop a stigma-free, youth-specific and youth-friendly mental wellness service for those aged 12 to 24.
To be part of the Project Team, you will:
-assist in providing support to the Project Team in programme implementation and management
-coordinate and monitor the development and usage of the project’s software solutions
-coordinate project meetings such as presentation of meeting agendas, papers, PowerPoints, notes and minutes, and logistic arrangements.
-coordinate project monitoring including reviews of progress reports, attending project meetings, keeping track of project timeline, budget, and deliverables
-coordinate the preparation of project events and publicity, such as seminars, conference, visits, as well as media interviews and marketing collateral production
-coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including youth, university and NGO partners
-provide administrative support such as housekeeping of data, documents and meeting schedules, room reservation, filing and mailing
-conduct desktop research as assigned by supervisors
-perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
You should have:
-a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in project management
-Exposure to NGOs and / or social service settings is preferred. Experience in developing new services is a plus.
-effective communication skills in both English and Chinese.
-a good knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and SharePoint, etc.
-good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
-career interest in charity work.
