About the role:

Working with people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury, you will be responsible for assessing their needs, then developing and implementing strategies to enable a safe return to their employment and/or life roles as part of their rehabilitation.  Services will include injury prevention, early intervention and workplace rehabilitation services (and some clinical services) to assist our clients.

Our customers and service offerings are diverse, creating great variety in the day to day work and opportunities available.  IPAR has a truly national footprint allowing you flexibility in your working arrangements.

The IPAR Toowoomba team are a small and cohesive team but with the confidence to allow for autonomous working arrangements.  We are seeking someone with the maturity to manage their own caseload and undertake tasks independently.  Support is always available but is tailored to your needs and preferred working style.

We have flexible working arrangements, with features of the role being:

We are looking for:

  • Someone with Psychology qualifications (with General or Provisional registration with AHPRA) or Rehabilitation Counsellor qualifications (with ASORC membership);
  • A self-motivated person with a genuine commitment to customer care.
