Immediately Required Quality Analyst/ Senior Quality Analyst - Mumbai

Job Description

• 
  Identify gaps and provide feedback & refresher sessions to agents to improve call quality
• Create audit reports and release weekly/monthly dashboards
• Organize Call Calibration Sessions
• Observe defects and correct on real time basis
• Must be able to plan & execute audits in accordance with the specified job requirements
• Must be able to escalate non-compliance with respective business unit head and share corrective action plan
• Identify training need indicators and work closely with trainers
• Act as a mentor for new hires and support them on floor as required

Required Candidate profile:-

• Minimum two years experience as a Quality Auditor
• Good Communication skill
• Proficiency in defect analysis and excel skills
• Minimum Graduate

Linguistic Proficiency:

• Marathi Language is must
