About the role

As a Senior ReactJS Developer, you will be engaged and collaborate with us to ensure the application is fast, user-friendly, and aligns with the business requirements.

You are a technical expert who can adopt the mindset of a product owner. You will be a key contributor to our global teams, working alongside managers and designers. We operate in an agile environment while maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders. As part of our collective, we keep abreast of the latest technology trends. Our teams usually manage products from start to finish, so your insights and contributions will significantly impact!

Your day-to-day

• Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code
• Research and suggest the best way to implement business requirements
• Document technical decisions and approaches
• Work with other team members and technical leads effectively and with minimal supervision
• Enhance software delivery and quality throughout the entire software development cycle
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and team collaboration.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in web development
• 3+ years of experience with React (Next.js), TypeScript, GraphQl, PostgreSQL,
• Extensive programming experience in modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience consuming REST APIs and building scalable solutions that leverage both relational and NoSQL databases
• Advocate for code quality and rapid business value, while creating exceptional software and user experiences.
• Drive architecture and implementation decisions, getting hands-on with code to bring features to life, squash bugs, while consistently keeping tech debt in check.
• Good software engineering fundamentals (data structures, OOP, algorithms, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with precise attention to detail
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Desire to learn and adapt to new requirements
• Advanced spoken and written English

Nice to have

• Experience with other front-end frameworks such as Angular, Angular.js
• Backend experience with Node.js, Express.js
• Experience with software architecture and design patterns
• Familiarity with back-end technologies such as SQL (PostgreSQL) databases and APIs
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools and processes
