We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Consultant (Pre-sales) to accelerate our growth in EMEA. The successful candidate is someone who can partner with our Account Executives to understand and discover what is at the heart of a customers need, and deliver innovative solutions and compelling demonstrations based on the LivePerson platform.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Providing pre-sales expertise to support the sales team in winning new business, and upselling existing business/renewal opportunities.
  • Successfully create, present and deliver exceptional meetings, presentations, workshops, seminars and events.
  • Liaising with the LivePerson Global Product & Technology team on enhancements and future directions for LivePerson solutions.
  • Deeply involved with the bid team in supporting the RFx process with prospective and existing customers.
  • Developing and communicating Business, Technical, and Solution value propositions around the LivePerson solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and articulate how the LivePerson platform can deliver on the stakeholder business objectives and goals.
  • Support the construction of sound ROI models and business cases to demonstrate the potential value and return for customers in deploying the LivePerson solution.
  • Monitoring and communicating competitive activity and LivePerson’s USP’s and differentiators.
  • Educating and training the Sales Team/Partners on the LivePerson platform and solutions.
  • Describe LivePerson solution implementation and performance management service offerings and their relevance to customer needs.

Who You Are & What Makes You  Qualified

  • You have 4+ years' experience working with Enterprise brands in a solution or pre-sales role.
  • You have a solid technical background: you have a good grasp of security/technical and solutions architecture and integration technologies.
  • You have the ability to translate technical concepts and jargon into language that all business stakeholders can understand.
  • You have experience of working with Digital/Web/Mobile, CXM, CRM, eCommerce, Contact Centre platforms.
  • You can communicate with all levels of seniority, from your call centre manager to C-level execs.
  • You understand a number of industries and their contact & customer experience strategies.
  • You have critical thinking skills: you’re able to solutionise and consult.
  • You have an untapped curiosity
