Job Description - Drive the Direct Sales in the company\'s branch location
- Identify the new business opportunities and evolve business models for revenue and profit growth
- Conduct market survey and analysis for overall market and prepare report and recommendation.
- Maintains contact with all customers (existing and potential) of the company to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Ensure customer satisfaction with the service offering from the company (ordering, quality, delivery, invoicing, complaint management, etc)
- Develop and implement brand/awareness building program and new product/service communication programs.
- Ensure the sales team reacts quickly and works effectively with operations to investigate customer complaints. Skill - University graduation: Foreign Trade, Economics, IT
- Excellent management & coaching skills
- Experienced in Sales, preferably in IT - high tech market
- Good communication and negotiation skills, specially working with Japanese
- Proactive and aggressive to archive sales target
- Fluent in Japanese
- English communication skill will be an advantage
