Distribution and OEM Senior Sales Manager


OEM is strategic customers of Schneider Electric since years. This position will manage and animate distribution and OEM at the same time. With new deployment strategic, Schneider Electric would like to cover more OEMs via distribution as indirect channel to seamless the technical and commercial program.

This position will report to the Cluster Digital & Automation Business Director, part of Leadership team of Industrial Automation Team.

  • Recruit, develop and retain distribution channel with sell-in & sell-out program, targeted for Industrial Automation business (Value Added Reseller, Associated System Integrator, End-User, MRO).
  • Responsible to implement, develop commercial policies to maximize distribution channel for all Schneider Electric products portfolio.
  • Initiate and implement sell out program to help balance the sell in & sell out for distribution.
  • Responsible to grow more OEM channels with coverage number of OEM and revenue generation for both direct and indirect OEMs.
  • Define the solid strategic to cover and manage OEM channels in next 3-5 years
  • Main contact point with internal for all topic related to OEM and Distribution of Industrial Automation Business.
  • Driving new innovative offers to OEM & Distribution: Software, Digital and Ecostruxure.
  • Education: Engineer or higher degree in Control, Automation or Electrical.
  • Working Experience:
    • 7 to 9 years in Industrial Automation, especially to manage OEM or Distribution channels.
    • Experience to sell software, solution is an advantage.
    • Extensive business acumen with strong result-orientation
    • Confidence and courage to make appropriate decisions and accept accountability

  • Business Understanding: Understand Schneider Electric’s solution and offers and competitors are an advantage.
  • Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):​​​​​​​
    • Very strong written and oral communication skills
    • With Sales experience & Industrial Automation Opportunity pursuit
    • Proven to develop Sales with strong sales records
    • Ability to work in diverse teams
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent organizational skills.
