Senior Sales Manager Germany (m/w/d) PC Equipments and Accessoires
Munich, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Dusseldorf, Cologne, Berlin
- Identify client business needs to build and drive sales pipeline to deliver monthly sales quotas
- Develop the Sales, Profitability and Brand Awareness
- Acquire directly Corporate Customers
- Develop relationship with partners (distributors, resellers) on highest level
- Manage Product Planning activities and Price Protections in line with objectives
- Define the product requirements of the German market
- Work closely with the following departments; Customer Support, Finance, Marketing, and other sales teams for the purpose of ensuring the best team spirit using the best practises en all EMEA
- Manage Sell-in/sell out activities, customer allocation and stock
- Forecast sales objectives and ensure they are fulfilled by the business development team
- University degree or equivalent
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales of IT equipment & accessories
- Several years of professional experience & proven track record in the areas of B2B sales development or lead generation (IT / resellers / distributors)
- Experience in working in International Environment and Companies
- A strong network of the enterprise customers
- Ability to handle pressures and meet deadlines.
- Ability to close deals from start to finish with a deep understanding/knowledge of the IT industry.
- Entrepreneur mindset with a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Significant amount of domestic travel
- Fluent in English and German, French is a plus
