Position Summary
The Senior Sales Manager will have a wider responsibility to expand WHISHWORKS’ MuleSoft presence in the IMEA region. The applicant must have grown through the ranks with a focus on IT services sales and should have performed proven and versatile roles. The incumbent should also have exposure to account management and should have been involved in expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Sales
+ Own and drive the strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
+ Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning
+ Engage new potential leads for onboarding, activation, and expansion
+ Work collaboratively across teams - including Delivery, CoE, and Marketing
+ Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives
+ Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
+ Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Pre-sales
+ Own and contribute to proposals, SOW’s and RFP’s
+ Lead pre-sales activities
+ Ability to deliver presentations at C-level
Team Management
+ Efficiently work with the teams to ensure closure
+ Take appropriate account-related decisions
+ Analyse various types of risks and mitigation measures for the project’s success
Partner Management
+ Build a deep partnership with MuleSoft partners
+ Identify new trends and partnerships in the industry
Customer Engagement
+ Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
+ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
+ Devise and improve the customer engagement strategy
+ Manage customer escalations, bring delivery and customer teams onto the same page, ensure all customer concerns are addressed and track them to closure
+ Manage customer expectations and ensure that they are in alignment with internal and external stakeholders
+ Nurture the relationship with existing customers - build customer confidence
+ Customer delight
+ Customer retention with 100% success rate
+ Point of contact for executive escalation
+ Customer onboarding that includes coordination to get legal documentation and other formal documentation done
+ Partner engagement – take to the next level
Account Management
+ Account farming and mining
+ Selling WHISHWORKS’ services and offerings to customers
+ Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
+ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
+ Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
Desired Skills, Attributes & Experience
+ 15+ years of total experience with a mix of Business Development and Account Management in IT Services
+ Proficient with hunting and farming activities for accounts
+ Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
+ Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and CXO level
+ Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure stage
+ Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of IT services
+ Good understanding of estimation, various pricing models and commercial aspects
+ Proactively involved in organization building
