ABOUT SPARK
We are a digital marketing agency based in Sydney’s Inner West. We provide personalized and comprehensive marketing, design and technology solutions for small to mid-sized businesses. A tight-knit team, friendly team that collaborates well and works within a systematic process. We are looking for an experienced sales representative with a 40K base salary plus commission, get the opportunity to earn up to 100K. 

YOUR ROLE
Join us and you will enjoy the benefit of an in-house marketing department that generates leads as well as the challenge of cultivating new business independently. 

You will be required to meet sales targets, manage a sales pipeline and work autonomously. This job is for a go-getting self-starter with excellent rapport building skills plus a genuine desire to assist their clients in the achievement of their goals. You should have a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships and sales experience.

YOUR DUTIES
  • Active client engagement to create new opportunities. 
  • Prospect for new business within our clearly defined target market.
  • Respond promptly to new business leads that are generated by our marketing team.
  • Quote generation using established processes (training provided).
  • Monitor First Call status: Monitor calls/e-mail queues to ensure prompt customer contact.
  • Work closely with all internal stakeholders (digital marketing, finance, and design service departments) and ensure all opportunities are leveraged to maximum effect in a team selling environment.
  • Follow the prescribed sales methodologies and protocols by the strategies, priorities, and sales targets of Spark Interact.
  • Assist sales consultants in producing quotations, liaising with customers, and follow up until completion of the sale.
  • Ad hoc administration duties.

New sales conversions are then efficiently managed by our production processes. You will be kept up to date with how your client's work is progressing at all times. What this means is that you can spend all your time in sales activities having full peace of mind that your customers are being well looked after.

KNOW-HOW
  • Strong computer skills.
  • G-Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
  • Knowledge of contact management systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in the full Microsoft suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook).
  • Proactive work ethic with the ability to take initiative and contribute towards a dynamic team environment.
