The Network Local Tools Development team, of Bell Canada’s Data Network Services and Support organization, is currently working on local initiatives to develop solutions that will enable us to improve the Services offered to our Enterprise Customers. The Senior Software Developer and Data Architect is a key advisor role and involves working with a software development team overseeing our internal web based applications that assist our Operation teams in managing our current network and services.
The position plays a critical function within the Network 3.0 mandate of developing and maintaining strong in-house software development and data skills in support of our automation and decision making needs.
As well, the position also includes preparing complex reports and software tools required to plan, design, monitor and operate complex telecom networks and is frequently called upon to create reports addressing product and regulatory positioning.
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
