Senior Solution Architect - Customer Care

You will work in the Consumer Distribution team and reporting to Principal Solutions Architect. Working independently, you will assist in analysing business and technology landscape as is required to develop Architectural solutions and /or strategy. Your key responsibilities will be: 

• Participate in the analysis of technology solutions to ensure effective solutions are delivered to the business
• Ensure accurate representation of business/technical requirements in solutions through collaboration with business users, technology groups and suppliers
• Responsible for the development of solutions for projects according to architecture guidelines and governance
• Contribute to development of relationships with key senior business and technology stakeholders to provide input and approval during the development of solutions and architectural direction.
• Provide technology advice and guidance to Senior Business and technology project stakeholders within a project to assist the business in the formulation of business strategy and technology investment decisions

What do I need?  

• Experience in leading end-to-end solution architecture and designs. Knowledge and experience in Contact Centre is preferable.
• Strong experience across multiple Architecture domains and knowledge of Enterprise Architect disciplines and frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
• Hands on experience in delivering a major business solution (application system) into production within a project team with the ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of individual decisions
• Strong stake holder management experience and ability to work autonomously
