Presales at Workday:
Our Presales team is an essential and trusted partner throughout the sales cycle and the team plays an important role in how we position the huge potential that Workday can create for our customers. All of our team are subject matter experts in enterprise technology and digital transformation with relevant domain experience in Financials, Planning and/or HCM
Ways in which Solutions Consultants in our Presales team achieve success for Workday and our Customers:
Provide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of our.
Use in-depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and the customer through sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Assist the sales team in assessing potential applications of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions.
Create detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions.
Build mini-applications based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client.
And occasionally provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.
What we look for:
Exceptional and dynamic presenters with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Confidence in presenting to C-level leadership audiences is a core requirement
While experience in Presales is ideal, we are also very open to applications from professionals in enterprise sized organisations who lead technology strategy for their finance function and are technically proficient
Someone who is well organised, can manage multiple, simultaneous engagements with different prospects (we’re growing and growing fast)
