Job Description

Develop Local Seller Growth Operation System: full understanding local market trend & NSC/SC category feature, set up local seller layer growth attack plan

Potential & hero product merchandising: product segmentation and define criteria into Starry sky test to cultivate local customer favoured products and boost its growth

Develop growth solution strategy: Design common & differential growth tactics to newly recruited potential KA

Acquire traffic resources & promotion: Leverage traffic resources and cultivate local seller join marketplace and store promotion

Ensure lean operation at seller-side : VOB + VOC analysis, seller capability issue and collaborate with local communication team to ensure tactics fully implemented

Job requirements

• 5+ years e-commerce experience, proved record of successful experience, prefer from category management, brand, research, marketing (traffic),KA account

• Customer insight: translate customer needs into business/product requirements

• Project management: organizational skills, deliver results in large & cross-functional projects

• Scientific problem solving: define issue, root cause and seller growth solution proposal

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business discipline, Master’s degree is a plus

• Self-driven, ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision

• Native Chinese and proficient English are a must for this position

• Spanish or Italian domain are a plus
